I was 20

20 when I was first asked to conduct a rehearsal for a children’s choir. What was supposed to be two rehearsals turned into two years. I haven’t stopped since. I trained to specialise in young voices, with a particular focus on vocal technique. For many years, I taught introductory music courses at the Piccoli Cantori association in Turin. For ten years, I conducted the children’s choir at the Giorgio Balmas Music Institute in Rivoli. I have worked with school choirs across all age groups. I have developed a passion for musical theatre vocal technique as applied to young voices. Today, I collaborate with I Piccoli Cantori Veneziani and the Giuseppe Verdi Academy in Venice, and I enjoy running courses and masterclasses on vocal technique and music teaching.
