I have been singing
for as long as I can remember. Although there are no musicians in my family, I have been fortunate enough to meet professionals along the way who guided me first towards studying the piano, then choral singing, and later solo singing.
After completing a Master’s degree in opera singing at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, I continued my studies at the Martini Conservatoire in Bologna. The De Sono scholarship enabled me to further my studies.
Nothing gives me as much pleasure as being on stage, even though my voice and I have not followed a straight and linear path, but rather a course full of obstacles. Obstacles that have led to experimentation, exploration and inventiveness, forcing me to play with them.
For me, the voice remains a medium at the service of music, the composer and the audience, and it enables a connection between them.
A gift to be shared.

My solo voice can be heard in David Lang’s track “I Lie”, which opens Paolo Sorrentino’s Oscar-winning film.

Krishna Nagaraja’s project, which blends the ancient and the contemporary, Nordic folklore and Baroque instruments. I’ll never get enough of it.

Zerlina… and more
“Don Giovanni Reloaded” is a tragicomic burlesque that offers an irreverent and brilliant reinterpretation of the masterpiece by Mozart and Da Ponte. A production by Andrea Chenna.
