Panem Quotidianum is a series that reinterprets the historical accounting records of a Piedmontese winery (1918–1930), transforming them into an artistic surface. On each page — numbered and named — the artist intervenes with manual linoleographic prints of plates and cutlery. 29.5 × 43 cm, paper on canvas.
